Roger Krichbaum fell in love with the rugged terrain of the Yukon Territory, Canada.
The Yukon Jade Co. was born in 1979 when he staked a mining claim on the locally known “Jade Mountain.”
The Yukon gave Roger his purpose and his passion - honoring and protecting the jade entrusted to him by the mountains.
Roger works with the Native Kaska people to ensure the continued benefit from this sacred stone in their communities.
Roger is honored to share the beauty and energy of Yukon Jade, known as one of the world’s highest quality varieties of Nephrite Jade.
